We are an owner-operated company co-founded by two local tradesmen, with combined experience in drain cleaning and residential and commercial plumbing.

Bathroom sink, tub, or shower draining slowly
- Likely cause
- Gradual build up of hair, soap scum, and grooming residues creating blockages and coating the walls of the pipes.
- What we do
- We utilize a variety of mechanical augers to ensure blockages are cleared and the walls of your pipes are free of build-up for guaranteed proper flow.

Kitchen sink draining slowly or backing up
- Likely cause
- Gradual build up of grease, food scraps and soap residue creating blockages and coating the inside of your pipes.
- What we do
- We use a specialized augers to clear the blockage and throughly clean the walls of the entire line. For more severe problems we may recomend incorporating hydro jetting to througly clean heavy grease build ups and ensure your sink stays flowing properly.

Clogged or slow-flushing toilet
- Likely cause
- Although there are many possible causes the most common are a physical obstruction in the toilet trap(like excessive toilet paper or foreign items) and innappropriate items being flushed down the drain causing a blockage(for example so called "flushable" hygene items).
- What we do
- We first attempt to clear the problem using a proffesional toilet auger, if it is determined the blockage is not in the toilet itself but further in the drain we will clear the blockage using a mechanical auger, once the clog is cleared we confirm using a specialized video camera. Depending on the problem the toilet may need to be removed.
Some toilet backups are really a main-line problem. If that’s what we find, we’ll show you and price it before we go further.

- lint, soap residue and debris building up inside the drainage standpipe and drainage pipes. Heavy build up over time causes blockages and results in flooding.
- What we do
- These clogs are resolved by mechanical augering, clearing the walls of the pipes to ensure proper consistent flow.

Basement floor drain backing up
- Likely cause
- A backup in a basement floor drain is often a symptom of a main sewer line clog. This requires immediate attention to prevent a basement flooding.
- What we do
- We clear the blockage in your main line as quickly as possible to avoid more backups elsewhere in your home. Then we do a video assessment of your mainline to help you come up with a plan of action to avoid further backups.

On smaller lines like sinks and tubs a camera often can't get past the clog, so we diagnose those on the spot. Either way, you get the price before we start. No guesswork, no upsells.
Where the line allows it, we camera it, clean based on what we find, and can leave you a written report with photos or footage — so you have a record, not just a cleared drain. On smaller fixture drains a camera often isn't possible, so you get the cleaning and a straight answer on what we found.
